Read our shipping policy carefully to know how your order is dispatched, shipping time, shipping fee, shipping zones, and other explanations.
Delivery Time
The whole delivery time includes order processing time and shipping time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they become available.
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped from California via standard shipping. It usually takes 2-7 business days for US domestic shipping. Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac as a carrier. Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered.
Due to the increase in orders during the peak season, the order processing time may be delayed by 1-3 business days than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Note:
Ⅰ. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Ⅱ. If the package does not arrive in time, please contact us within 1 month after delivery and our agent will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Shipping Fee
Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Note: Qsee will ONLY provide free ground cross-shipment to the continental USA destination. Any cross shipment to areas outside the continental USA will be charged additional shipping costs and other fees, like Hawaii.
Shipping Zones
Currently, we can only ship to the continental United States and Hawaii.
Alaska, Puerto Rico, military APO/FPO addresses & outlying islands are NOT included.
We will provide shipping services for more countries and regions in the future, please stay tuned to our website.
Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package if accepted. Qsee reserves the right to deny a request at any time.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped and received. Customers can request cancellation and modification before shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Qsee is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).
