Warranty Period
Qsee offers a 2-year guarantee and official service for new products purchased from the Qsee official website or official Amazon stores. Please contact our authorized resellers or distributors directly for after-sales servicing on orders placed through them.
Please keep in mind that Qsee is not liable for any additional warranties or commitments made by third parties.

Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is void if: (a) Products are labeled “sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS” or sent to you as “prototype”; (b) Products are purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers; (c) Trade-marks, serial tags, product stickers have been removed, altered or tampered with; (d) Products are dismantled, mishandled, improperly used or defaced; (e) Abuse firmware upgrade without the authorized technician’s guidance; (f) Damage has resulted from accident, dismantling, abuse, or service or modification by someone other than the appointed vendor, souse, fission or the spare part has been over the period of warranty; (g) Products are damaged due to improper working environment or operation, such as improper temperature, humidity, unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, static electricity, using wrong power adapter, etc; (h) Products are damaged due to the violation of direction on safe battery handling and usage; (i) Products are damaged due to force majeure, natural disasters, etc; (j) Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
In addition to the above warranty forfeiture, Qsee will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product, including any damages for lost data or lost profiles, and Qsee's total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount paid for the product by you.
Refund & Return Policy
Qsee is committed to delivering high-quality products. We accept returns only for unopened/unused products in original condition or verified quality defects, under the following policies:
1. Return Eligibility
A. Unopened/Unused Products
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery (reduced from 30 days).

Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with all accessories.
- Security seals and labels must be intact.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
B. Defective Products (Non-Artificially Damaged)
- Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery for full refund/replacement.
- Beyond 30 days but within 1-year warranty: Replacement/repair only.
- Proof of defect (e.g., photos/video) required.
- Qsee covers all shipping costs for verified defects.
C. Artificially Damaged or Used Products
- Not eligible for return unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
- Intentional damage, misuse, or tampering voids warranty.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact support@q-see.com within 15 days (unused products) or 30 days (defects).
Step 2: For unused products:
- Include unopened packaging photos.
- Qsee will approve/deny within 3 business days.
Step 3: For defective products:
- Provide defect evidence.
- Qsee specialists will assess via video/photo verification.
Step 4: Approved returns must ship via traceable carrier.
3. Refund/Replacement Timeline
- Unused Products: Refund processed within 10 business days after warehouse receipt.
- Defective Products: Replacement shipped within 5 business days after verification.
4. Strict Exclusions

No returns accepted for:
- Opened/used products without defects.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
- Damage caused by improper installation or modifications.
- Rejected returns incur a 15% restocking fee + return shipping costs.
5. Policy Updates
Qsee reserves the right to revise this policy. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of these terms.
