When you encounter issues with your camera's image being incomplete, appearing in black and white, or having color bias, it's often due to the mismatch of output signals between the analog camera and the DVR. Followings are the steps to resolve these issues:

Q1: Edge images are missing, and the image is black and white.

Step 1: Click on "Scan Signal" to modify the DVR channel 1 signal.

Step 2: For channel 1, if the current output signal is "AHD," change it to "TVI." If the image appears normal after this change, it indicates that the output signal of the camera should be set to TVI.

Q2: Images have color bias.

Step 1: Click on "ScanSignal" to modify the DVR channel 1 signal.

Step 2: For channel 1, if the current output signal is "CVI," change it to "TVI" or "Auto." If the image is normal after making this change, it indicates that the camera's output signal should be set to TVI or Auto.

These steps should help align the output signals of the camera and DVR, resolving issues related to incomplete images, black and white images, or color bias.
