How to fix the failure to Add Cameras/Systems in Qsee Client in LAN?

Qsee offers you solutions for possible causes of failing to add your Qsee devices in Qsee Client.

Applies to: All Qsee's IP cameras, NVRs and DVRs


Firstly, You can refer to the video below to How to add devices on Qsee Client:


Method1: Qsee Client will automatically add devices within the LAN when it starts for the first time.

Step 1: Start client waiting for automatic device addition.Display of 'Connected' indicates that the device has been successfully added.

Step 2: Double click on the device and Double click channel preview image.


If the automatic addition fails and displays a "password error", please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Select a device, Click the right mouse button, click "Edit".


Step 2: Enter device password and click "OK".


Method 2: Add Qsee devices manually.

Step 1: Click on the Add Device icon.


Step 2: Click "Refresh", select the device, enter the device password, click "OK", and the addition is complete.
