How to Connect Device to Your Smart Phone via Qsee App?

In this article, we will guide you to connect your Qsee camera to your smart phone via Qsee App for remote access.

Applies to: All Qsee security cameras, including Hestia Series WiFi cameras, DVRs and DVR Security Camera Kits, NVRs and NVR Security Camera Kits

① Hetsia Series Cameras

You may refer to the video below:

Step 1. Plug in the camera and wait for it to complete its initial setup.

Step 2. Launch the Qsee App > Tap on "+" to add device > Select "Wi-Fi" > Choose the same WiFi as your phone and enter the password.

NOTE: Confirm if your camera supports dual-band WiFi or 2.4GHz WiFi only.

Step 3. Press the Reset button for 1 second to hear a beep voice.

Step 4. Remove the lens protective film, then scan the QR code displayed on the App while facing the lens of the camera. Wait for the device voice prompt.

② DVRs, DVR secrurity camera systems, NVRs and NVR security camera systems

The Qsee security camera system that connects to the phone without WiFi is easy for users to monitor remotely.

Step 1. Make sure your DVR/NVR has powerd on and connected to the network via ethernet cable as below:

Step 2. Launch App > tap on "+" to add device > Select "DVR/NVR"

Step 3. Scan the QR code on the label of DVR/NVR through the App. Follow the wizard on the App and that's it.
