How to access Qsee's DVR or NVR on the browser？

Applies to: All Qsee's NVR and DVR systems.

The supported browsers are Google Chrome, IE Edge Browser, Firefox, Safari.

Step 1: Make sure your DVR/NVR has powerd on and connected to the network via ethernet cable as below:

Step 2: Enter the IP address of your device on the browser.

 

Step 3: Enter your account and password to login.

 

If you are unable to log in on the web, please check the following reasons:

Cause 1. The bad connection of the cameras and recorder

Solution:

Make sure the cameras and the DVR/NVR are under the same LAN as the PC.

 

Cause 2. IP address issue

Solution:

1. Make sure the LAN IP address is correct.The network segment, subnet mask and DNS of the NVR/DVR are the same as those of the computer. In this case, you need to turn on the DHCP in settings. Download the instruction file.

2. The username and password are correct.

3. Make sure to use the following browsers: Google Chrome/Edge/Safari/Mozilla Firefox.
