Q: How to Unbind WiFi Cameras on the Qsee APP?
Qsee WiFi cameras can only be added and managed by one master account in the Qsee APP. When it is necessary to change the APP account or add devices, the device must first be unbound in the main account of the said APP.
It's recommended to share devices with different people. Unbinding devices are only used in particular situations. When a return or exchange proceeds, the device should be unbound before being sent back to Qsee.
① Long press and hold the device icon.
② Click the trash can icon in the bottom right corner.
③ A confirmation window will pop up, please click "Confirm"
④ Click "Complete"
