WARRANTY POLICY
- Limited Warranty.
Replacements may be made with new or refurbished products or components, at Q-See Store. Any replacement Product received by you will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the longer of (a) three months from the date of replacement or (b) the remaining Warranty Period on the replaced Product.
- Warranty period.
Q-See provides warranty service and official customer support, which only apply to new and certified refurbished products purchased from Q-See official website, official stores on Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc. For purchases made through Q-See's authorized resellers or distributors, please contact them directly for after-sales service

- How to initiate a warranty claim.
To make a warranty claim, please sent a request mail on (link showing the support mail address). In your request mail, be sure to describe the Product that is the subject of the warranty claim, describe in detail the issue that you are experiencing with the Product, and provide valid proof of purchase. Valid proof of purchase may be either
- an order number or sales invoice, if your Product was purchased from Q-See, or
- a dated sales receipt that includes a description of the Product and the price paid, if your Product was purchased from an authorized retailer.
- For Unsatisfied Products
If the product that you purchased directly from Q-See does not meet your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation application, but was not defective, such product is called as “unsatisfied product”.
You may return the unsatisfied product (Product for Refund) to Q-See for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified in the products’ listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refund and exchanges for unsatisfied product are not available.

The Product for Refund must be
- In the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
- Complete with all the original accessories, documentations, and standard certification labels.
- Free of any permanent alterations including, but not limited to paint, altered connection inputs, severed wires or cables, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
- Free from damages of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or damages resulting from power surges;
- Labeled with a security seal, which is intact and not tampered with
For your own benefit, we recommend that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with the delivery confirmation to ship your Product for Refund back to the location instructed in the RMA authorization. Q-See shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product for Refund caused in transit.
- For Defective products.
If the product is defective (non-manmade) when you receive it, within 30 days of delivery, you can return to Q-See and get a full refund or replacement. Q-See are responsible for all shipping fees.
Beyond the 30 days but within 1-year warranty, a full refund is not available, but replacement or repair is acceptable. You are responsible for the return-to-Q-See shipping fees and Q-See will bear the freight of new replacements or repaired units.
Beyond 1-year but within 2-year warranty, you are responsible for the shipping fees back and forth. The freight of replacements and repaired units are calculated by the actual package weight and size.

3. How to initiate a return.
To make a Return claim, please sent us a mail with "Returns" as the topic. The return request must be submitted to the same Q-See site you placed your original order with. In your return request mail, please provide the order number or sales invoice provided by Q-See when the Product was purchased.
Once your return request is processed, Q-See will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for returning the Product from the country where the Product was originally shipped to by Q-See. To be sure the Product arrives in its original condition, package and ship it using the label and instructions provided by Q-See. Ship the Product to Q-See with all cords, adapters, documentation, and accessories that came with the Product and the original packaging within 10 days of Q-See providing you with return instructions. Failure to do so may result in Q-See rejecting the return of the Product you are returning.
You will be informed by e-mail once Q-See receives and has processed your return. If, as reasonably determined by Q-See, a Product shipped to Q-See is ineligible for return, Q-See will not be responsible for returning the ineligible Product. Q-See has no obligations with respect to Products ineligible for return.
Disclaimer of implied warranties.
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Q-See. It supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written. No person, including agents and employees of Q-See, is authorized to give any further representation or warranty or assume any further obligation on behalf of Q-See, whether orally or in writing. Q-SEE HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY NONCONFORMANCE OR DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO (A) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE OF TRADE; (C) ANY OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, RIGHT, CLAIM OR REMEDY IN TORT, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE Q-SEE OR THE MANUFACTURER. To the extent that the law requires any implied warranty, such implied warranty is limited to the duration of the one (1) year express warranty given above. This disclaimer and release shall apply even if the express warranty set forth above fails of its essential purpose.
Exclusion of consequential and incidental damages.
Q-SEE SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT (INCLUDING WARRANTY) TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY NONCONFORMITY OR DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT, OR DEFECT IN ANY SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY. This exclusion applies even if Q-See has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies even if the above warranty fails of its essential purposes and regardless of whether such damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort or under any legal theory.
