Repairing Your Product (Returned Material Authorization Form)
Q-See will repair your product should it fail during the warranty period.
The returns process is as follows:
- Review the warranty policy to confirm that you are eligible to return the product for repair. Q-See provides a 12-month conditional warranty from date of purchase on most products.
- Complete the RMA form below; a copy of the completed form will be sent to your email address.
- Within one business day you will receive a second email providing instructions for return, including a RMA number unique to your request.
- Upon receipt of the RMA number, ship the product to us for repair, based on the instructions that you receive in the email (#3). It is important that you include your RMA number both on the outside of the package and also inside the package. Q-See may request a copy of the sales receipt if the product has not been previously registered in order to establish the start of the warranty period.
Q-See products under warranty are repaired regardless of whether the product was purchased directly from Q-See or from a retailer or online merchant. We will repair your product and ship it back to you or, if the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement product.
Refunds – purchased directly from Q-See
Products purchased directly from Q-See may be returned for a refund if they are within the refund period, generally 30 days from date of purchase (see Warranty policy). Please state clearly the reason for requesting a refund.
Refunds – purchased from a retailer (not Q-See)
Requests for refund for products not purchased from Q-See should be directed to the retailer from whom you purchased the product. Q-See does not issue refunds on products that were not purchased directly from us.
Refunds are only issued when a product cannot be repaired and when the product was originally purchased directly from Q-See.
