Installer/Dealer Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Q-See Installer or Dealer.  There are three steps to complete your application:

  1. Complete and sign the Information form at this link  resellers/CAresale-information.pdf and fax it back to Q-See at 714-998-4923. 
  2. If you are a California reseller, you are also required to fax your Certificate to 714-998-4923.

    We will review your application for approval and send you a personal "Login" and "Password" via email within one business day after receipt of all the above information (web form plus fax/es).  If you need accelerated approval, please call on our Sales department Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time at our toll-free number 714-998-3440.
  3. I understand that the terms of my agreement with DPSI prevents me from reselling Q-See products and accessories online through any e-commerce sites.
