DIY Installation

All Q-See products are packaged with complete installation instructions for the homeowner or business that prefers a hands-on approach to installation. DIY home security is a popular option for saving money; tens of thousands of homeowners have installed our home security surveillance equipment simply by following the manual.

Professional Installation Services

For an additional cost, you can request professional installation of your Q-See product through InstallerNet™  by following a few simple steps to activate the InstallCard™ located in the product box.

  1. Go online to www.qsee.installcard.com and enter the 12 digit InstallCard™ number in the box on the top of the page.
  2. Answer a few simple questions about your planned installation to receive a quotation.
  3. After accepting the quotation and providing credit card information, you can schedule an appointment for a professional InstallerNet™ technician to come and install your system for you.  Depending on the options you choose to purchase, the installation can include the labor to:
    1. Mount the cameras
    2. Run cables from the cameras to the DVR
    3. Establish all the low voltage electrical and video connections
    4. Aim, focus and adjust all the cameras
    5. Enable internet access to your DVR for remote viewing.
    6. Demonstrate operation.
