Q: When I tried to install my USB DRV model QU2DVR04  dongle it is listed as DVB-T in device manager and I can’t install the SuperDVR software, what is the problem?

A: The system is incorrectly identifying the device as a USB TV turner and installing the wrong drivers for it. To install the USB DVR you need to go to the Windows/system32/driver folder and remove the CEBDALDR.sys file. Then restart and reinstall the SuperDVR software. The device should now show up as TD3101_3104 and the software should work correctly.

When opening the superdvr program, it say "Can't find card"

Reboot one more time. If still same problem, click Start – Program  - SuperDVR – Install and then Uninstall. Reboot computer. After reboot, go back to start-program-superdvr-install. Now click on INSTALL to reinstall driver. Then Reboot.

If  for some reason still “cant find card”, uninstall driver again. Shutdown computer. Remove PCI Card to another slot. Reboot. And CANCEL when windows detect it.

Then Reinstall driver by going to start-program-superdvdr-install.

If still get error: can't find card, you maybe use ATI video card that is not compatible. Change the Video card to NVIDIA. ALso check if mother board has VIA chipset that is not compatible as well. Need to be INTEL chipset

If your IP is a Dynamic IP which can be changed time to time, either you contact your ISP to get a Static IP or you can get a Domain Name free from www.no-ip.com . Register with them and get a domain name and an updater software (read their support page) With this domain name, you dont have to worry about IP changed. So once you get the domain name, st insert the domain name instead of IP address in the address of INternet Explorer.. it is like http://myname.no-ip.com

The Packaging mention about 1 CH VGA output, but I dont see one on this card
What it means here is a 1 CH PC VGA output.  So it is the VGA output on the computer video card, not on this DVR card.
