>>	Q: Can multiple PC's connected to the DVR at the same time ? A: No. Only one PC at a time.
>>	At this time, both model 8 and 16 channel DVR will not work with Maxtor Hard Drive bigger than 80 GB. Other Brand like Western Digital or Seagate or Samsung or Hitachi will work fine. We apologize for this inconvenience.
>>	If your 8 CH DVR has problems on : --- Motion sensor (not sensitive enough to detect the motion) --- Back up to USB Flash (only Movie option is working not Still). You may need to upgrade the firmware. Click here to download firmware.
>>	What is the function of USB port on the back of DVR ? It is for updating firmware or backing up video or still image to the USB FLASH MEMORY CARD
>>	Which USB FLASH MEMORY CARD can be used ? We recommend to use SANDISK memory flash
>>	How to back up video or images to the USB FLASH MEMORY? Plug this USB FLASH to the back of DVR (usb port). Go to MENU and go to BACKUP SET. Make sure that the USB Flash is being detected. You can back up Movie or Still pictures. Then hit MENU until you back to main screen and then push USB (SHIFT+USB) to start backing up. To play back this files, Connect this USB Flash to your PC and run the NETVIEWER program and do FILEPLAY.
