DOWNLOAD THE CONVERTER PROGRAM CLICK HERE
1 After download the program, you need to unzip it. To unzip this file, you may need to get a WINRAR program. You can download it from here
2 Execute SETUP installation program
3 Once the program install, you should see 3 icon on the dekstop: Transform Tool, Net Player and File Player.  Transform Tool = To Convert the Backup file to AVI file. Net Player=Remote Client Program. File Player= To play the back up file without converting to AVI
4 Press VIEW botton to choose the location where do you want to save the file. or by default the directory is C/ProgramFiles/DigitVideoRecorderApplications/TransformTool.
4 Choose the Source format, YOu need to select  CIF_N
5 Choose video channel
6 Click "transform", choose the back up file and it'll start converting that file
7 When the converting reaches 100% , press "stop" and then exit;
8 Converting finished.

9. Now you can open up the VLC program and locate the file that you convert to play it back.
