New Time attendance version 2007. for QSHTA2 and QSX628

Here is a newer Time attendance program version 2007. This program will be installed in C:\ProgramFiles\Att2007. If you use the earlier version of program, you can just copy "att2000.mdb" file from the older program and paste it into "Att2007" folder. This way you will have all the data into new program.
